New TF skin idea

Okay before we get into this i know he got one with bilgewater but i just want to get this idea out there.

Assassin Twisted Fate (PH name.) 1820 Rp New VO. New running animation. Unique taunts and jokes to certain champions. Unique quotes to certain items. New auto attack effects

Q - throw 3 knives off in different directions in front of you.

W - select one of 3 daggers each coated with a unique poison that has different effects.

E - new visual effects and auto attack when fully charged.

R - when cast a red serpent eye appears over the enemies head revealing there location. When cast again you teleport in a cloud of smoke.

If would like to add anything to this feel free. Im really not sure about the name of it thou.
