BloodLord Vladimir released -21-Nov-2011- Soulstealer Vladimir released -10-Jul-2014- now it's 2k17 and we still got only 2 "visual effect" vlad skins the last skin "academy Vladimir" was actually fail or i dunno maybe some ppl liked it but it still got no visual effects
meanwhile most of champs getting Project,Dark star,Star Guardian,BloodMoon Skins is vlad out of that ceremony ? yes he already got legendary skin but every single champion got legendary skin got a bunch of skins stand there behind it ! o..wait we talked about the legendary skin ! its splash art looks like its from season 1 ! all i want "as other vlad mains want" a new skin for vlad ...look at him he so Disgusted! we all want to keep LOL on the throne of MOBA games "the most playable" "the most popular"

Rammus got 7 skins "include legacy and limited edition skins" just like vlad "ignoring legendary" but look at rammus skins "Guardian of the Sands,Molten ,Full Metal, Freljord" vs "Marquis Vladimir, Count , Nosferatu " compare them ..oh rammus wins cuz all vlad skins looks sh***y u knw [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Except for the fact that no Rammus skin has a full effect update, IE Vlads spell change colour. Full metal Rammus has no recall animation and makes my ears bleed when he Q's, and guardian of the sands has a recall animation and a Q animation but no W, E, R. Vald has an 1850 skin, a legendary skin even if it is old its still got different animation and SFX.

Also, why would you compare Rammus's "best" skins against Vlad's worst? A better assessment would be "Guardian of the Sands, Full Metal, Molten" vs "Blood Lord Vladimir, Soulstealer Vladimir, Count Vladimir" so in the order it's "best skin, second best, best legacy".

What you should be asking for is a rework on older Legendary skins like Brolaf, gentleman Cho'gath etc.

Dude, Marquis, Count, and Nosferatu look cool af with good splash arts. And soulstealer is amazing along with a LEGENDARY. Rammus has full metal and guardian of the sands and 3 chromas.

What he means: if you look at stuff like Molten Rammus, Freljord Rammus, etc. they are basically just chromas.... not huge changes from the original model, just recoloured.

High quality? When was the last time we saw a skin cheaper than 975 RP?

They don't do those anymore, 975 RP actually is the cheapest tier for new skins now, not high quality.

Most skins in the last time were even 1350 RP ones. The last 975 RP skin was Chemtech Tryndamere, which was 6 months ago. If these skins are considered high quality then any skin is high quality. [sg-lux-2]

Yes but if you seen those skins they're are the same tier as newer 1350 skins. Had they been made today they would have been 1350 skins so those rammus skins are quality, outdated but quality. Besides the 1350 ones are kinda running out of ideas... a lot of them are kinda lame. Well these xmas ones seem good but the halloween ones looked like they didn't even want to do them.

Any skin that is 975 or higher that changes particles is high quality. That's all I mean. So yeah, those skins are still high quality

Mordekaiser has 5 skins, and none of them change his VFX. His last skin was in the middle of the 2015.

Vlad at least has Soul Stealer and a legendary skin.

Back in 2011 Bloodlord Vlad was a blast and possibly among the coolest skins out there. Today he is outdated, and Soulstealer is actually more of a legendary skin than Bloodlord is.
