BloodLord Vladimir released -21-Nov-2011- Soulstealer Vladimir released -10-Jul-2014- now it's 2k17 and we still got only 2 "visual effect" vlad skins the last skin "academy Vladimir" was actually fail or i dunno maybe some ppl liked it but it still got no visual effects
meanwhile most of champs getting Project,Dark star,Star Guardian,BloodMoon Skins is vlad out of that ceremony ? yes he already got legendary skin but every single champion got legendary skin got a bunch of skins stand there behind it ! o..wait we talked about the legendary skin ! its splash art looks like its from season 1 ! all i want "as other vlad mains want" a new skin for vlad ...look at him he so Disgusted! we all want to keep LOL on the throne of MOBA games "the most playable" "the most popular"

Mordekaiser has 5 skins, and none of them change his VFX. His last skin was in the middle of the 2015.

Vlad at least has Soul Stealer and a legendary skin.

Back in 2011 Bloodlord Vlad was a blast and possibly among the coolest skins out there. Today he is outdated, and Soulstealer is actually more of a legendary skin than Bloodlord is.
