(Legendary) Riot Pantheon

A legendary pantheon skin, in where he hold a riot shield, and resembles a riot police officer. His spear could be a baton or something. His E could be a machine gun. And for his ult, he would get picked up by a helicopter and maybe kinda jump out to his destination.
