Rammus Skin Idea

There should be a transformer rammus skin. Q: turns into a police car W: he turns into a big police hummer E: if he taunts while his W/Q is active he turns his sirens on, if not, he still does R: when transformed, he puts out big speakers that play a deep bass sound, if he is not transformed, he still does JOKE: he takes out a megaphone, it doesnt work, so he hits it and puts it away TAUNT: he takes out handcuffs and points DANCE: he transforms into a go cart and does donuts, and this dance doesnt ever stop LAUGH: he roars his engine NOTE: his feet are wheels so its like he is skating everywhere. His basic attacks are the same as before.
