Underworld Twisted Fate - Voice

Hello guys Im in League of Legends for 10 months now and theres something that bothers me at 's Underworld skin.. he is my second main champion and his voice stays the same in that skin while Underworld gets a complete spectral/echo voice remake. I would really like if Riot would change that much respect and apritiation from me. :) P.S Can someone tell me when will Vandal be avalible again it is my main champ and I would really like to have that skin for full price. Thank you!!
