Is Red Card Katarina EVER coming back?

I have all the skin besides red card and its been the (second?) time this year the vault opened and red card hasn't come out yet. Are there any plans to re-releasing this skin in the future?

They might bring it back during a major soccer (football outside the USA) event like they did last year. It's also available via the Mystery Skin feature. I just got it the other day that way.

Red Card Katarina is part of the World Cup line (which is limited) and it will come back with the other world cup skins during the next World Cup event.

HOWEVER, the next world cup isn't scheduled to happen until 2018. I think you're shit out of luck unless you get lucky with a mystery skin.
