Riot make skins on champion that don't have that much skins!
Riot has been making skins on champions that already have a lot of skins. I think many people would enjoy it if riot made skins on champs like Yasuo, Fiora, Diana and many more.

With Chroma packs now, Kennen's skins are pretty boring.

i think the excuse is for some champs its hard to make skins but i concur there are alot of community driven designs that could be made into skins. I dont see particles being an issue either with skins like pulsefire ezreal, even though its an expensive skin they can make different looks on some champions without having to do all the glamour and still appeal to the public. I don't get why they cant do that.
i mean zac just got several skins (kinda) gnar is getting another they are getting around to it
