A Ageing Ward Concept

You know I've always enjoyed seeing new character skins and even ward skins but as i was thinking why not have a ward that ages as you place it and it stays on the map. When i think of this a tree comes to mind it starts out as a bud then grows into a tree and then as it gets closer to disappearing it dies. A flower also comes with this idea. I would be really excited if you would consider this or even maybe implementing this in some where but if not just think of this as a idea i would love to see it.

What would be some of your ideas would love to hear what you would do if you could create a aging ward.
