Soulstealer Blitzcrank?

So me and my friend +Azumarillz was talking about the Hextech chest and we saw the Soulstealer vayne. After seeing this we thought of the idea, SOULSTEALER BLITZCRANK! We guess he would look kind of like the others, the main thing we thought about was him wearing a hood to cover his face, and the only thing you see are his big green robot eyes (Instead of red and blue), and of course he would wear the appropriate Soulstealer outfit like Vladimir and Vayne. Here are some of the abilities that we thought of, For his Q, Rocket Grab, he would shoot out his green mystic looking hand to pull the enemy back, However if the enemy dies he opens up his chest and basically absorbs their soul, like you would see the green thing go in his chest. For his W (Overdrive) it would just be particle change effects, but for his E, Power fist it would be similar to his q. When he knocks the enemy champion up you see their soul fly upwards, but if he kills the enemy with his E then the soul doesn't come back into their body. Finally for his ultimate, passively souls will come down and hit nearby targets instead of electric bolts, and on activation the electricity is replaced with green souls. That's all the ideas we had lol.
