The Harrowing??

Honestly riot what was the point of making a harrowing themed login and zombie slayer skins if you werent going to put them out on oct. 31? I was so excited seeing all the cool things you were doing with summoners rift and i felt it was just a huge letdown in the end because not only did you do nothing for Oct.31 nothing super cool was done at all. Yeah the lore changes were cool but i feel as if you could have done something special like make a spooky map or release spooky icons or just something you didnt even release the previous harrowing skins for sale. To conclude my little rant regardless of worlds taking place you guys could have been a bit more festive this year the harrowing was a huge let down.
