Granny Syanis: The Creepy Old Lady Champion We Want
This is kinda a carry over concept from a discussion that happened last week about how we have no little old lady champions, yet have a fair number of cranky old men champions, like Swain and Zilean. So I made a concept with the base idea of old lady witch doctor. Please give it a look over and gimme ur thoughts. Numbers are subject to change, and I don't have any HP stats or full out spell ranges/mana costs on here yet. Although I do know I want her to be somewhat conservative with her mana while being between a medium and long range caster, kinda like Lux

Granny Syanis
AA Range: 600 units
Name: her name is meant to be a distortion of the word Cyanide since it is a very lethal poison
Appearance: a withered grumpy old hag, with a shawl and claw like hands that are very bony and veined, think Dementor Hands from Harry Potter. Her eyes would be in shadow and her lower face would be the only visible thing underneath her hood, her skin would be a sickly yellow colour and her clothes would be kinda like a Baba Yaga style, scraggly old lady outfit with an apron stained with brown, green and purple, different little pouches and dolls dangling from her belt. Her AAs would be projectile-less and they would be claw like scratches she makes with her hands that slash her targets.
_ Note Granny's spells all place effects on her opponent which persist over time as DoTs or additional effects. These effects are collectively classified as Hexes, and will have interactions with her other abilities. Striking a target who already has a hex with the same Hex will refresh the DoT duration and deal the impact damage again. Hexes are unique in that they only apply spell on hit effects for half their duration (

, etc...) with the exception of Spell Vamp_
Passive: Curses come Home to Roost When Granny attacks a hexed target they are stunned for 0.75 seconds per unique hex upon the target, targets with just Epidemic's hex alone will not be stunned. This cannot happen to the same target more than once per 10 seconds.
(overall simple ability, if she has a Q hex on u and AAs she will stun u for 0.75 seconds since her E hex applies after the stun, if she AAs to apply E, then Q + W + R then AAs u, u get stunned for 3 seconds, giving her time for her DoTs to tick u down, and her R passive to heal her up making her a strong 1v1 champions who isn't useless in teamfights. AA + Q + W + AA in teamfights (with hurricane) would allow her to stun 3 targets for 2.25 seconds or more providing good control too)
Q: Evil Eye All whither under Granny’s piercing glare. "Granny is watching you" -A narrow 30 degree cone skill shot (kinda like a skinnier version of Cassiopeia ult) that deals 40/60/95/120/150 + 0.35 AP, slows by 20% for 2 seconds and places Granny’s evil eye hex upon all targets hit dealing 10/14/20/25/30 + 0.075 AP damage per second for 6 seconds and granting vision CD: 18/15/12/10/8 seconds Range 900
(Pretty simple ability, does damage in a long narrow cone shape in front of her, similar to the lovechild of Cassiopeia's ultimate and Xerath's old Q, targets hit take damage and are slowed for 2 seconds (making follow up with her AAs and W more easy), then they get Hexed with her DoT effect for 6 seconds which grants vision of them (like Diana Q so stealth can still get around this). This ability paired with her W is meant to be used for harass, waveclear and overall damage, since it has a cone shape she can clip backline fighters with it a bit easier to get her W DoT onto them, plus she can also chunk opponents harder through the pairing effect of her Q Hex with her W. The Q is also good for face checking since it grants vision making Granny a little safer in the jungle while roaming or travelling)
W: Venomous Intentions Granny’s displeasure is poison to those who fall victim to her scrutiny. -Granny lobs a ball of energy at a target area dealing 40/60/80/100/130 + 0.25 AP magic damage & poisoning those in the impact radius and also poisoning any targets within 1000 range of the impact radius who have the evil eye hex upon them, dealing 5/8/10/12/15 + 0.05 AP damage per second for 8 seconds. Targets who are in the impact radius with the Evil Eye Hex take double damage from the impact. This counts as a Hex & does NOT count as a poison for Cassiopeia's E* CD: 24/20/18/15/12 seconds Range 1000
(This spell is intended to be part of her main harass/wave clear combo, she is meant to hit with her Q onto the wave, and try and hit the enemy champion with it too, then lob her W onto the minions or her opposing laner, the Q means that the enemy laner is essentially for sure going to take the DoT damage from W, since it automatically will infect any Q marked targets in a 2000 unit radius around the impact point, the W's impact also deals increased damage to Q marked targets meaning that she can use it for more waveclear functionality or stronger harass (Q enemy then W them) providing options and more lane pressure since she lacks escape mechanics (aside from her passive stun and her Q slow). The damage of her W will deal 260 + 0.5 AP (at max rank) to any target in the impact zone hexed with Q, and then puts her DoT on them for more sustained damage afterwards.)
E: Epidemic Granny’s curses and poisons have been known to be somewhat infectious. Passive: Granny’s auto attacks now apply a stacking curse on hit, each stack extends the duration of curses and poisons Granny applies in the future by 20% up to a maximum of 100% duration increase (at 5 stacks). This curse lasts 4 seconds but subsequent AAs refresh the duration of existing stacks. This curse also causes any poisons or hexes Granny applies to enemy champions (with maximum stacks) to spread to all enemy units in a radius around them, Reaper’s Kiss cannot be transmitted. Ranks increase the maximum number of stacks that can be on a target at one time Active: Granny triggers all her hexes, cleansing the hexes and dealing 15%/30%/45%/60%/75% (based upon stacks of Epidemic removed) of the remaining damage in an AoE around target enemy champion, Reaper's Kiss is unaffected by this. CD: 12 seconds at all ranks. Active Range: 1200 Units
(Essentially when you AA someone u place a debuff on them for 4 seconds, that can stack up to five times as max rank, each stack makes her DoT effects (save her ultimate) last longer and thus tick more, dealing increased damage over time. She can also use this skill actively to detonate her DoTs for more burst damage however she has to deal with the trade off of not doing the full damage of the spell. Her W for example, the DoT effect will deal 120 + 0.4 AP over its 8 second duration at Rank 5, which Granny can extend to a 16 second DoT dealing double the damage through AAing her target 5 times before using her W on them. She can also take the normal DoT (or the DoT with any time extension from Epidemic AAs) and trigger 75% of the remaining damage. The math is a bit tricky but lets say she has 5 stacks on someone and Ws them, she lets it tick for 8 seconds dealing the 120 + 0.4 AP, then detonates dealing 90 damage + 0.3 AP in an area around a targeted enemy champion. This ability also makes Granny a horror in teamfights, especially with some attack speed built since if she manages to get 5 stacks of this passive onto someone their hexes become virile, and will transfer to any allied unit that comes within a specific range of them (would be a small radius not much bigger than Shyvana W), meaning that even if she focuses tanks, if her E gets stacked up they can unknowingly give the Hexes to their squishy teammates and kill them)
R: Reaper’s Kiss Granny is close to death, in more ways than one -Passive: Granny heals for 15%/20%/30% percentage of her hex damage dealt to Champions, Large Minions (super minions, champion pets, and canon minions) and Monsters -Active: Granny fires a skill shot that will impact on the first enemy champion struck, hexing them with the Reaper’s Kiss. The Reaper’s Kiss Hex deals 5% +(0.3%/0.5%/0.75% per 100 AP) of the target’s max HP per second for 6 seconds as magic damage. The hex persists for 4 more seconds after the damage ends, should the target die within that timeframe the cooldown of Reaper’s Kiss is reset. CD: 120/90/75 seconds Range: 1000 Units
(This spell is what makes Granny function as a DoT champion, the passive makes all her DoT damage from her hexes have huge spell vamp, this allows her to sustain in lane very easily and sustain through duels as well. The active of this spell can deal up to 60% of her enemy's max HP in magic damage if she hits this at 5 E stacks (albeit it's over 12 seconds but still), this is kinda a tank's worst nightmare even with resistances that will hurt, plus it scales meaning that she can likely get 70% of her targets max HP (at 600 AP*) with one spell, but it is magic damage so resistances do come into play. This spell also comes with a Darius style reset mechanic meaning that if ur team can drag out a fight long enough Granny can use this to burn down any of the enemy team's front liners or if it lands on a squishy, along with some of her other spells, well ya they better pray they're a Draven with 40% life steal or else they will just have to watch their HP whittle away to 0)
