Greetings all, I've been thinking for a while that it would be interesting to see a group of Boy Scouts themed skins. You could have all the different ranks represented as different skins like Scout Teemo (lol), Star Scout Mundo, Life Scout Leona; that kind of thing. You could also make an eagle scout themed skin that you could make an achievement limited skin; so that people could send in proof of making eagle and the skin could be made available to them. Having researched the League of Legends demographic about half the players seem to be between 12 and 18, Scouting age. I believe there would also be international appeal as well since Scouting has 164 national organizations with over 38 million Scouts worldwide. There is representation from all areas covered by League of Legends servers. RIOT would have to get permission from the organization in order to use their likeness/ranks of course, but I don't see that being a hard sell. It's free advertising for the Boy Scouts. As a former Scout myself, and the brother to two Scouts this concept just really interests me. What do you guys think?

I think it's a very interesting idea so i'm cool with it. But does getting any Boy Scout themed skin require proof of rank, or is it just the eagle rank skin?

I also think this could be a good idea, but also you could consider the Girl Scouts, represented by the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Some Girl Scout skins could be Brownie Tristana, Ambassador Vi, Cadette Evelynn. Although this is just an idea I think its a pretty good one. I think this could be a good opportunity for Riot to help disadvantaged inner city Scouts. You can also give a small portion of the sales made by the skins to their respective associations. Although I wouldn't make leona life skin a Boy Scout skin, considering shes a girl. -.- LOL item 3070 item 3070
