Riot Braum

I was thinking that Riot should make a Riot Braum skin, because it fits really well. He would be like the big, manly, muscular cop with a mustache, like the Strong Arm Alchemist from Full Metal Alchemist, but in a riot suit. His passive would spell out RIOT on the ground, and when he got his passive off, it would do a taser effect around them. His Q could shoot the riot fist. He would use an actual Riot shield, as used in actual riot squads, and his ult would be those road block poles that are embedded in the roads and block cars, like the ones you can control in Watchdogs. Also his W would have sirens go off when he uses it.
