Ultimate / Minion Skins

Ultimate Skin: Does anyone know if riot plans on making any new ultimate skin, and if they do why not a GP one. Ever since the bilgewater event they have had all the items to make an ultimate skin for him, give him the music, announcer and towers. Now some people may say this is to much but with all the new skins coming out some of them look better then the current ultimate skins, with that being said the new ultimate one would need to do major things.

Minion Skins: Now another idea I had that would help riot to get more people to play together or just get people to buy more skins would be minion skins. A easy example to point at is the first wave of project skins were you needed 4 people to have the skin to play with the project minions. I was thinking what if they did that of every skin series that had 5 or more skins in it. For example with 5 Blood Moon skins the minions would get small changes to them like masks and new weapons. A list for a few of them would be Arcade, Battlecast, Bilgewater, Riot, SKT T1 / Team skins , Snowday and, Summer skins. I think this would be great it would get more people to play together and it is a little bonus for having the skins.
