PROJECT: Jhin chroma?

I saw there will be some cool chromas for other PROJECT skin. Why Jhin won t get it?

Not all of the previous project skins got them, so he isn't alone. Depending on which you are talking about, store chromas or the event chromas... Different one happen at different times. Like, generally they've only chosen a few for their events, if it does well they might make more in the future. Or, when they work on future Project skins they may go back and make more store chromas for others.
