Has Riot ever considered making an AP Marksman? What I mean is something like Satan (
) but with a kit that fits an ADC playstyle a bit more. For example, a passive that gives a high AP scaling on auto attacks with the ability to crit. Maybe some mobility and AP/AS steroids thrown in there or something. Just curious if the idea has ever come up. I mean, they just made Mordekaiser bot a thing so why not?

This exactly, Azir and Cassi are two of my favourite champs having almost the exact same type of playstyle while having self peel with their ults. I've tried both in bot lane and it catches most players off guard as they don't really know how to play around it.
