A new champion with Jax's W as Ultimate

A new support champion with ultimate ability similar to 's W that can be used on allies or himself empowering next damaging ability or basic attack. In my opinion this ultimate would be great with 's ultimate or 's q or maybe even empower top laner while he is fighting enemy top. It would be a great early help for the team.
