Ryze Rework

I think that ryze is fun and very strong champion but mostly every champion in the game had either a dmg ult or an ult that is useful in some way. But ryze's ult is almost pointless to out points into sometimes i find myself not even puttin points into the ult because not only does it not to dmg but the ult has a cast time that when in distress or running away gets me killed or i have to get off it in order to survive. ryze needs his ult reworked to something like a twisted fates or like a twitches to where his abilites and autos have a longer range or possibly a dmg ult would be very nice
