Skins for Collectors

They have Medieval twitch, for those who get others to play league... or who have the time to lvl a bunch of accounts. Why are there no skins for those who directly support the game? If you own 100 skins..get reverse Nami (fish top, human legs bottom) 200 skins get texas chainsaw massacre urgot (bunch of skins sewn together over his body!) ...something like that? I currently have all the skins I can get since I started playing in 2014. Would be nice to just get some novelty ones going, look how much I like supporting riot! Go human legs fish top healer CC lady!!!

Also, would be nice if they made skins that are no longer available from before many people started to play, somehow available through void crystals or through %.0000001 chance in shard rerolls to perm. so those with all the skins, can collect those too, or just give a random person an amazing day!

thanks for making the game entertaining :D Please give me more high quality skins and access to rare ones from back in the day that hardly anyone has? @_@
