I want to have this skin but is no longer for sale on the lol game,so I was thinking to buy count who has this skin, i don't know how Riot react to this kind of option I want to know how would react take this kind of action.

Yeah, buying accounts is a bad thing for Riot. As said, they will ban those when they find them. Only way to get the skin is to wait till 2016 when it MAY be on sale again, as that's 4 years after it's original release and it's a limited edition (as they take a certain time to come back, some not at all though)
That was very poorly written but I think you're asking what Riot's stance is on buying accounts? It's against the rules, if they find out an account has been purchased they ban it.
so I guess the only way to get this skin is to wait until is for sale again??

i have the skin but to be honest i'm afraid to use it bc i'm so out of practice as Riven, lol. I never learned how to do the animation-cancels and such that the good Riven players do.
well I saw box box playing with rinven and I got inspire so I want to be a man raven that's why I want so bad this skin.
