Have notice many other characters have really cool skins,but yi has the worst.please bring out a new skin for him without the all those eyes or lights whatever they are

Those eyes are part of his mask and are very important to him thematically. He uses them to enhance his wuju technique.
they are Goggles created for him by Heimerdinger himself to enhance Yi's Vision drastically. why do you think he has the joke: "the goggles...just for reading"
