Trading Chests For Key Fragments

Since Riots post informing people of how to get keys properly my key situation has not improved. Just wanted to see if this got any interest as a suggestion. Trading chests for key fragments or converting them due to the excess of chests compared to keys. Let me know if anyone thinks this is a good idea!

you can earn 4 chests per month and 12 key fragments. key fragments are a reward for playing on a regular basis. so i´d doubt that they make them interchangeable.
