Custom Nami Skin collab

Hi all! So I'm making what I'm calling "Moonlit Nami" splash art for a girl I really care about's birthday. The link/image is what I have so far. What I need is someone who's willing to do the 3d modelling (I can give you front/back/side reference art if it helps, I just can't run 3d software on my comp) I would love to make this a custom skin for her <3
