Taste Purple (Or Blue I Guess)

So a few months back I submitted a skin concept for Artist Lulu and I think I am to the point where I can say it is finished! (Actually to the point where I think it's mostly presentable...If I'm being realistic I'll probably keep tweaking it after I post it, but eh, it's time to move on to another skin concept....Meanwhile, I know you get this all the time but RITO PLZ!??
