Lore: Sim is a mercenary that kills anything that is viewed as unnatural or inhuman. His hatred began when he was a young boy and his mother was murdered by a Hemomancer (Vladimir). His hatred led to him accepting bounties to kill or capture the unnatural in hopes of one day seeking the vengeance that he feels he deserves.

Looks: Sim wields dual swords (One sword for humans and one for non-humans), he rocks a buzzcut with a mohawk like beard

Kit:

Sim has 2 swords, one that is for humans (AD Damage) and one for non-humans (AP Damage)

Passive: Depending on which damage (AD or AP) he has higher, his kit cuts the lower damage form by half and increases the higher of the two by 20% (AD or AP) -- Example: Sim has 180 AP and 100 AD from items. His passive makes it so his AP is increased by 20% (36 in this case) increasing his AP to 216 but halving his AD to 50.

(The sword is purple when he's going AP and green when he's AD)

Q - Sim slices his sword down in a straight line dealing full damage to the first enemy and half of the damage to another enemy in ability range.

W - Sim digs his sword into the ground using the blade as a shield for 1 ability

E - Sim backflips 1 space back (Can be used to go over small walls) (Would have a cooldown similar to Nidalee's cougar form pounce)

R - Sim can click on one of his teammates during a team fight to absorb the damage they're taking for 3 seconds. If he uses the ability on himself it refreshes the cooldown of one ability (similar to Zilean W)

Role: Sim can be played as an off-tank top laner, tanky support, or jungler. His mobility and damage flexibility leaves him to be played in a number of different ways. In team fights he can be a crucial part of either doing damage, being a front line and peeling, or keeping the ADC or Mid lane carry alive via his ultimate.
