New Skins

I was told that Nasus had a new skin just for 4/20. I logged in today and it wasn't there. If you make a skin for a champion for a holiday like 4/20 then why doesn't stay longer like skins for christmas or new years. Next time keep the skins longer. Anyone one have the same feeling or any new thoughts?
