Gentleman Taric (Skin concept) (Bad drawing included :D)

I used to main Taric (Lol, Yes I know, sounds weird) when I first started league. He taught me the basics of how to be a good support, so I decided to show him some love ^^. I'm not the best artist but let me convey my idea in words.

In the picture you can see that he is wearing a top hat embedded with gems ( ) , and my idea was that they would light up whenever he would use a skill. I didn't really design a weapon because once again; my drawing skills have their limits.

Whenever he would use his ult, he would smash his weapon to the ground, the energy causing his sleeves to get torn off, and the ribbon in his hair to rip, making him look super badass. He keeps one hand on the tophat in order to keep it there :D.

I'm curious as to what you guys think, or what kind of skin you guys would suggest when Taric gets his rework done.
