A possible new champ named Inverto

For his/her Lore Inverto could either be a relative to Shaco the Demon Jester or just thought of as one since they would be both dressed up as clowns and have some insane abilities and actions they take. However, unlike Shaco who went on to become a wanted killer-for-hire, Inverto instead became a scholar for the specific purpose of studying Runeterra's magic so that he/she could adopt the magic for their own abilities. This would explain why it took so long for Inverto to make his/her debut in the League, since he/her was preoccupied with studying the strange magics available all over Runeterra until finally Inverto was ready to put what he/she had learned to the test, and what better testing grounds than the League of Legends....

(as one of the comments from other heroes) Someone could make the comment of "When Inverto starts to grow tired, you'd better start backing off... cause once Inverto flips his/her switch on reality, it will Inverto who has all the energy PLUS some.

Inverto's passive would simply be a recharge passive that re-energize his form of energy which would be used up one energy bar at a time for any basic ability. Of course, while regenerating his/her energy, Inverto would be slowed by a LOT, like 75% movement speed reduced initially and that reduction would diminish as Inverto recovered energy.

Inverto's Passive would have an unspecified bonus effect that would activate only if you managed to get a recharge Passive during His/her ultimate, but that will be discussed later when Inverto's ultimate is addressed.

Inverto's Q: (unnamed as of now) - Inverto is able to launch a small orb of positive energy at a target location and would deal damage based on how many targets are within the impact site. 1 target would equal regular damage, multiple targets would amplify the amount of damage taken by everyone within the impact zone, which would be very narrow to keep his Q from getting too overpowered.

However, all of Inverto's abilities have a passive effect that would be lost for as long as the ability would be on cooldown and for his/her Q the passive would add extra damage to Inverto's auto-attacks based on the remaining percentage of energy that he/she has. Whether this damage would be True Damage, Magic Damage, or Physical Damage would be up to the developers at Riot to determine depending on what happens if they were to make him a champ. The reason behind why this bonus damage is calculated by the percentage of remaining energy Inverto has is so that this passive Damage does not grow out of control as Inverto levels up and gains access to more energy.

Inverto's W: Reversion - Inverto is able to instantly shield himself with a reflective barrier of inverted energy that will reflect any ability that has to travel towards him; like Annie's or Malphite's Q, or any skill shot that Inverto might encounter; like Ezreal's Q, W, E, and R, along with other skillshot ultimates like Ashe's Arrow and Jinx's ultimate rocket. This would be Inverto's signature move, his/her bread and butter ability, since this shield can pretty take an adversaries poke mechanic and flip it around right on them. Unfortunately, the shield can only be used on one ability, so if someone pops Inverto's shield before the intended target would hit him/her, then Inverto would become very vulnerable to the second skillshot or targeted spell. Now, to keep this ability from becoming too overpowered, the only thing which would be reflected would be the damage of the effect, this shield could not be used to reflect Annie's or Ashe's stun affect back on them, the same would go for reflect Q skillshots that inflict a slow or bleed effect. Spells that instantly hit targets in their area-of-affect or are applied to a target immediately would not be effected by Inverto's W; like Annie's W, Mordekaiser's E and so on.

Inverto's E: Crazed Hyperactivity - When used Inverto lets out a insane sounding screech that would daze enemy champions and knock away enemy minions within range, then for how many enemies Inverto affects with his/her Crazed Hyperactivity Inverto would gain a stacking attack speed buff that would be used with every Auto-attack performs. There will probably need to be a limit of how many stacks of the attack speed buff Inverto can gain from a single use of Crazed Hyperactivity that might increase as the ability is leveled up. By late game, Inverto would most likely have enough CoolDown Reduction to be able to spam his/her E and that would allow to stack up a lot of attack-speed charges for engages.

Now Inverto's Ultimate: Inversion - As the name implies, his/her ultimate inverts things, but Inverto's ultimate would only affect himself/herself in that all her abilities would become inverted. So instead of having three passives to manage on all of Inverto's basic abilities, Players would be forced to USE Inverto's abilities in order to GAIN those passive effects for the duration of the cooldown on those abilities. Now to really make Inverto a difficult champ to master, the programmers at Riot could make it so that Inverto's ultimate also "inverts" all of his/her stats. So instead of having 20% cooldown reduction, Inverto's abilities would have 20% INCREASED cooldown times during his/her ultimate, and this could apply to all of Inverto's stats, thus making him/her very tricky to build for without getting screwed over by Inverto's ultimate. Another effect of Inverto's ultimate would be that all of Inverto's "current" energy would be flipped around, meaning that any energy bars consumed before using his/her ultimate would be refilled with a special kind of Inversion energy that Inverto discovered while studying Runeterra's magic. Likewise, all of Inverto's normal energy bars would be depleted by the use of his/her ultimate, thus allowing for Inverto to go from having 1 leftover energy bar to having almost FULL energy under the effects of her ultimate. Now, to keep players from abusing this ultimate to be a super-powered bruiser, Inverto would have to be at or below 75% energy to even be able to use his/her ultimate and the reason for this has to deal with Inverto's passive.

On a side note, I had also thought that it would be interesting to have some kind of conversion able to take place between Ryze and Inverto in the field of combat, but the conversation would differ depending on whether or not Inverto and Ryze were on the same team or opposite teams.

On another side note, if the game developers were up to the challenge, then they could also make a new game mode called Inverto's Playground, with the basic premise being that the champs could deal increased damage based on how much health they had lost in combat. Unfortunately, I foresee this game mode being overwhelmingly used by players that specialize in assassination champs; like Zed, Talon, and Akali, who would be able to take advantage of the damage-to-health steroid to kill people without even blinking. There would also be trouble with wombo combo champs like Annie, Yasou, and Veigar that could use the damage steroid to burst an enemy champ from full health to no health with their full combo, but I still think that it would be an interesting new game mode for players looking for a little Adrenaline rush from being able to pull off some sick combo with a tiny sliver of health remaining.

I would really like to see this champ created, but because I hate having what I have created and worked hard on to make real in a worded sense, I will be keeping some of Inverto's passive effects and tricks to myself. If Riot would be interested in this champ and other possible ideas I have in the future, I am currently unemployed and have a love of video games and an Imagination that far exceeds my ability to play League of Legends. I would really enjoy getting to add my own input into champs and other things implemented in game in the future if Riot would be interested in hiring me

Do you know how to use quotes? It looks like you don't, because there's a quote around every 10th word in every paragraph.
