Pretty sure skulls/bones in general need to get changed if you want to get a China release.

WoW had to replace quite a bit. Check out Karthus's Chinese splash art on the lol wiki, all the skeletal faces are hidden.

Its more a strict government regulation, but its considered disrespectful to the dead to show exposed bone. Karthus' old model was actually modified in China. Also explains why he doesn't have a skull-face anymore.

I thought you might be able to replace it with animal bones, but I'm not sure after reading this article about Wizard101 Chinese localization.

i dont know how i feel about that skin specifically, but i do like the idea of a Vandal jinx. its just her style, makes sense.

Also: Asylum Jinx. Shaco is getting lonely in his padded cell.

i agree with this riot, you guys just released ANOTHER skin for Caitlyn (don't get me wrong i love the new skin) yet Jinx still only has one skin it's just not fair guys.

Caitlyn is coming up on 4 years soon whereas Jinx hasn't even hit a full year yet (she was released Oct 10th of last year). Yes I want a new Jinx skin but no I don't believe it's not fair that she only has one while Cait has a million. Riot has done a really good job these past months giving us a mix of skins for champions with a lot of skins and champions with only their release skins. We got a new Aatrox, Nami, Syndra, Lissandra, Yasuo, and soon to be Kha'Zix skin this summer, all of which only had 1 skin. So what if Heimerdinger, Malphite, Vi (who only had 2 skins), Ez, and Cait got another new skin in the process? It's just as bad to brush off making skins for old champions as it is to brush off making skins for ones without any.

Jinx will get herself a new skin soon, but it's totally fair that the chick who has been around for 4 years got a new skin. Cait hasn't gotten a new skin since 2011, the year she was released. She got Resistance and Sheriff on release, she got Safari that May, she got Officer in October, and then she got Arctic Warfare in December. Aka it's been almost 3 years since her last skin.

2 of those champions have had total reworks in the last 3 years, and 1 of those is in the process of being reworked. I still don't understand what the problem of Cait getting a new skin is? Cait didn't get a fancy new model update like Trundle and Karma did, she just got a skin and in fact for being a 4 year old champion that's always been decently popular, it's her first skin with any particle changes.
