Super Sonic Rammus

I was just thinking of ideas to arcade bundle, where i thought what about Rammus turning blue when he uses powerball. His e ability just like his ult and when he uses ultimate there come small pixels bumbing from the ground. OK, please give some ideas to make this skin even better.
