Skin for sion?

I see that there is lot of discussions about skins for champs that didnt get one for a while like volibear, rek sai, skarner, but i think sion actually needs skin. He got 2 skins in 2009 and 2 in 2010 and didnt get any till his rework. So he has 5 skins and last he got nearly 4 years ago. I know its legendary but i think he deserve one.
