Make the level infinite
I believe that the level of your client should be able to exceed 30 but the requirement for ranked is still level 30. This will show how experienced you are in the game we call league of legends.

How much you play isn't as important as your skill level (if you want to talk about numbers/values attributed to players).
That's what the infinitely-accumulating Mastery points on your Champions are for.
