Being Able to Set Your Own Login Screen?

It would be nice, whether through a purchasable feature or a free one, to be able to set whatever champion or event-based wallpaper you wish as your client login screen. Personally, even though I don't play her, I'd prefer to have Taliyah's login screen be my permanent login screen. Am I willing to pay for this? Yes, to some degree. What do the rest of you think?

It's a feature some people want, but I guess that some covers a portion of the playerbase that's too small to justify the effort in developing and keeping such a feature up to date.

knowing Riot the login screen animation is somehow spaghetti'd into the updater and would crash the client if modified
