New Skin for Zilean

I have an idea for a new Zilean skin, He's name is Prisoner Zilean or mafia Zilean For Exemple he's Q is a real bomb and he's W is a ball and chain (when he slow) and a light on champion ( like we had on watchtower in prison ) when he speed ( but zilean go faster than light ). And for he's R , lot of light was pointed on Zilean and we have a sond of an alarm and when he died we have a prison's bar on the screen of player and a prison around Zilean but when he resurrect the prison explode. So Zilean can be the big boss of Mafia Braum , Jinx and Grave. And for the Artwork : we can see Zilean in prisonand Jinx Braum and Grave deliver him .

Sounds awesome. I think he's one of the more fun champs in the game. They said he was getting a skin this year I'm pretty sure.

i think that's a cool idea, i am zilean main and haven't really thought about the mafia line as potential for him but for sure that could be cool!
