Switching Languages

Why are there no options to change the language to one that is not in your region? For example, I would like to change the language to Korean for the simple reason that I think that the font of the writing looks a lot better. So my question is now: Why are you not able to change the language? I already go an answer over Twitter which states:
**> "Each region has its own language settings, so the files are different depending on which version of the League client you're using. That's all. We don't want to increase the game file size by including every region's language files." ** And after this answer, I think will this really increase the file size this much? And if it does and it bothers them that much... why not add an option to change the font?
