Creating a leader board and adding objectives for ip.

So the concept is to make League a little more risky and adding objectives outside and inside of the game. You would want to try and earn a multi kill or a kill streak 7 or eight through out continuous amount of games to earn a goal of Ip.

How about a leader board built in client to take us to a kda of a character and or even the stats. This isn't a full detailed out topic, but I think I get my point across for both ideas.
