Mastery Skins

With the new champion masteries, i thought there should be a good reward for mastering a champion. That reward should be the mastery skin. The mastery skin would have inverse colors or whatever looks good. Also, as another way to spend riot points, you could level up you champion mastery by 1 level for around 75 Riot Points. For Nocturne, instead of being black he would be white. For Varus, he would be yellow-orange.
