ultimate skin not worth premium

Anyone else feel that ultimate skins are lackluster?

I bought pulsefire ez when he first came out. it was nice and all but the skins offered now are like the same quality as pulsefire. Not to mention I never even used the skin when I play because his movements were just so clunky like everything he did had a channel time like his aa and q. It sucks too because ez is one of my favorite champion to play.

And riot now has finally gone in to fix it after what is it two years?

Ultimate skins don't feel like it should carry that premium if it was just created and left forgotten. I wished that the developers would make it better than the legendaries with updated visuals now and again so it feels you know epic and ultimate.
