Does Riot know about the IG skins and Xayah Situation?

Honestly, everyone has been going NUTS lately about everyone's favorite love birds not having matching skins like they usually do. Some people have even made funny fan art about Xayah being upset over Rakan's new look. Since there is TONS of chaos with this whole IG Xayah skin, does Riot understand how upset it makes some players? I do understand it was not Riot's decision, but why would it be such a big deal if Xayah was added as well? They are honestly gorgeous skins and I can really see why some people would be upset. Come to think of it, I am sure many players would even be satisfied if they made a chroma for SSG Xayah with a similar color scheme to IG. I get it's not really one of Riot's priorities, but I don't think it would even take that long to make a simple chroma and I'm sure people would buy it. I don't know. It just sucks seeing my favorite champions not being together. I wish Riot would atleast say something. I think it is pretty crappy how Riot THOUGHT they could make it up to players by releasing more Xayah and Rakan merch, but Riot can't get off the hook that easily. Merch won't make it better. Maybe I'm just insane. This is just my opinion so no one come at me please! What do you guys think Riot should do?

Noone is going nuts anymore, this is legit a dead topic.

Riot did respond, they're aware some of y'all lost it over a damn skin and they don't care.

The merch has nothing to do with his skin. And honestly fuck you for even saying such a thing. You got fucking merch for both AGAIN. Meanwhile I'll prolly never get singed merch.

Now let this topic die already.

They are fully aware that this is the first time Rakan and Xayah haven't shared a skin. I thought it was a bit strange too, but I guess it's their choice as to what they allow.

Just give Xayah a cheerleader skin where she stands enthusiastically with the crowd formed of other champs wearing their skins (most of the pre SSG skin lines can fit very well as spectators, especially Shen's skin [forgot team, sorry]).

And since most skins nowadays have some lore to them, just have that lore be Xayah's monologue, something in the lines of "It's Rakan's big moment so he asked me to cheer for him, so what the heck, I'll do it for him this one time, and make his ears bleed later in exchange"
