ANIVIA blackfrost skin

does anyone else think her ultimate skin needs to be reworked? It just doesn't seem like that big of a change from her original skin, just a few shades of darker blue and a horn haha. Compared to others like nasus, she it isn't that neat of a skin. They should add some new particle effects or something. Thoughts?
