[Champion Concept] Kaze, The Steel Ace
First of all, No art, lore, or numbers. I am a lazy potato, am a shit artist, and know nothing of game balance.
Okay so this champion is based around Burst and disruption, but revolving around the mechanic of moving, or movement. I would like to see a champ like this because it is a very niche category. (rammus, hecarim) TL;DR Kaze is a scout who uses weaponized movement enhancing technology.
Passive: Acceleration : Moving causes a buildup of energy in Kaze's systems, The more units Kaze travels in succession, the higher stage of movement he will get to. Each stage gives increased move speed. Walk:Starting stage when moving, no extra ms. Jog: Second stage of movement, achieved after moving X units and grants X ms. Run: 3rd stage of movement, and is the final stage he can access while just moving. achieved after X units and grants X ms. Kaze loses all stages immediately when he stops moving. Kaze can also auto attack units while moving, as long as they are in range. If units are out of range, he will turn in that units direction and keep moving towards them and attack, then move past them a set distance if another input command isn't inserted. Kaze ignores unit collision.
Q: Surge : Kaze uses the energy he has built up to burst in a direction. He will dash up to 3 times (depending on what stage he is in, 1 , 2 ,3) and every dash after the first, regardless of stage, does % less damage than the first. These dashes cannot be triggered, after activating the ability he will dash to his cursor with a very small delay between dashes. (Enemies hit by him are damaged.) This counts as moving, so it builds up his passive, and cannot go through things like terrain or veigar stun, however can go through units. The cooldown is slightly decreased by moving.
W: Reversal : Kaze stops, and blasts his system's energy forward, knocking up the knocking back all enemies hit. He is then launched backwards at the same passive stage he used it at. Note: the cc is very small, but is increased depending on your stage. The amount Kaze is knocked back is also increased by his stage, however units traveled during the knockback do not go torwards reaching the next stage of his passive.
E: Trigger : Kaze uses emergency power to give himself a movespeed bonus. This also gives him extra dmg during its active. This ability lasts shorter and has more movespeed bonus at lower stages, and lasts longer but gives less movespeed at higher stages.
R: Final Run : Kaze sets all systems to overdrive, giving him a instant fourth stage of his passive, and he cannot stop during this ability. He cannot use his E, and his w is greatly enhanced. He gets 4 charges of his q, and the ult ends after all 4 have been used, or the duration is over. The duration is slightly increase by units traveled, but not but a significant amount. His q has been changed to a new ability during this ult. Instead of dashing, he blinks towards his cursor on activation (he can control the usage of his q during his ultimate). The blinks cause a stun to everything near him when he reappears. The blink distance, damage, and stun duration are increased with every charged used. The final charge causes a massive shockwave to hit enemies in front of him, giving them a very large stun duration. After the ult ends, Kaze is reset to the third stage of his passive. He can access the fourth stage of his passive with the "homegaurd" buff, however it gives him less movespeed than using his ult.(much less, but more than his third). He is reset to his 3rd stage after the homegaurd effect ends.
