[Champion Concept] Angra the Relentless Warrior

My first time trying something like this. Now..... Imma take in some good criticism, constructive one, not pointless blatter. I won't really call in alot , because all i am giving here is the pure concept, for you to work with . Now , let's begin :

Angra, the Relentless Warrior Short Story(Like, really short):Angra was a warrior, in his world. He was transported in Runeterra in the middle of a war between his nation and another people. Angra is not a really a simple kind of warrior, as inside him, beats the heart of a unkown creature, even to him(he was born that way). His body is frail looking, but the beast's heart gives him great endurance, increased strength, and seemingly endless stamina. He has a red bandana on his head, hair as black as the night's sky, and blue eyes. He wears no clothes on his upper body part, the beasts glowing blue on his chest. He wields a red magical spear called Durandina .Outside battle he is kind,honest, and protective of those he cares about. In the frey of battle however, he is bloodthristy, savage and merciless. Passive: The Beast's Heart While ready to battle, the beast's heart feels the moment is upon it and grants Angra more and more strength If an enemy champion is within the range of 500 , Angra gains a bonus of 20 attack damage , increasing to a total of 100 when 5 enemies are in the range of 500. Q:Durandina's Might Angra swings his spear in a cone , dealing damage and slowing enemies in a range of 100 (Damage:100/125/150/200+100%AD) Cooldown(10/9/8/7/6) Slow(20%,30%,40%,50%,55%) (Manacost:100/85/80/75/70) W:Bloodthrist Passive(Always Active):When an enemy goes below 40% HP, Angra gains bonus precentage damage based on enemies total health(12%/15%/17%/19%/22%) (The damage is only applied directly, not in stats (AD)) Active:Angra goes into a frenzy, giving him increased movement speed and lifesteal. (MS:15%/20%/25%/30%/35%) (Lifesteal:10%/12%/15%/17%/20%) (Cooldown:15/14/13/12/10) (Manacost:60 at all levels) E:Lunge Angra leaps in the air(It's a leap, and also a skillshot you have to land).If he lands on an enemy champion he is stunned for (3/4/5/5/5 seconds), if the leap misses the target, the cooldown on the ability doubles (Cooldown:15/13/11/10/9) (Mana:70/50/45/40/35) R:Currido Coihem The beast's heart inside Angra uses his power to merge Angra with his spear, transforming him into a lesser form of the beast and granting him a huge bonus of attack speed (100%/110%/115%/120%/125%) and taunting an enemy for 10 seconds, forcing him to attack Angra. The taunt does not disable the abilities of the enemy, but for the duration of the taunt no other enemy can cc/attack to Angra, nor other allies can attack/cc the enemy under Angra's taunt. (No mana cost) (Cooldown:200/150/100/90/80)

Base stats : 50 attack damage (+7 per level) 40 armor(+5 per level) 25 magic resist(+8 per level) AS:0.50(+0.05 per level) MS:335

Angra was a warrior, in his world. He was transported in Runeterra in the middle of a war between his nation and another people.

This would have worked in the old lore, but the new lore wants to cut out as many multiversal elements as possible. That's why you have such extensive lore rewrites for champions like Nasus, Renekton, Anivia, and Fiddlesticks when he is reworked.
