New freljord champion tanky brusier? No name or anything currently

I want a fighter champion that has ice sword and shield style play from the freljord

P: Every 3rd auto attack on same enemy champion slows them stacking up twice, when at max stacks gain movement speed towards that enemy also gains a damage bonus (sword shield glows to indicate move speed/dmg amp)

Q: Throw shield in small line infront of herself taunting the first 2 enemies hit and giving you a shield based of how many more enemy champions hit.

W: Swipe sword to the left or right (similar to thresh flay) hitting enemies and pushing them in the direction of sword, if champion(s) hit hit a wall it stuns them breifly. if multiple champions are hit

E: dash to an enemy champion bashing them with your shield kocking them up breifly but grounding you for a short duration (0.75)

R: Jumps into their air dashing forward slamming your shield into the ground making a small shockwave stunning the 1st enemy hit. After a short duration cast again to slam sword into the ground to send an icy shockwave infront of yourself slowing all enemies hit.

Alot of this is just like streight from my head but damn I would like to see a sword and shield fighter in this game regardless if its freljord theme. would like Opinions on this how it currently is bot comments trying to change it
