One of the few champs I have had an idea on and wanted to post so here goes.

Passive - Static Charge After hitting an enemy with a spell or auto attack a The Elementalist will gain a stack of Static charge. Each stack of Static Charge will grant The Elementalist 2% movement speed and 3%/6%/12% attack speed. Attack speed will scale with level.

Q - Earthquake
The Elementalist stomps the ground slowing enemies in a aoe for 20%

W - Rooting Vines The elementalist snares taget enemy for a duration. .5 / .75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 scaling in level

E - Aspect of the element The Elementalist surounds himself in chosen element and adds effects to other spell along with gaining additional passives

Fire - Creates and small aura around The Elementalist that deals 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 magic damage/sec to him an surrounding enemies. In addition will add bonus attack damage to auto attacks 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 + 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 17.5 / 20% ad

water - envelopes The Elementalist in healing waters regenating his health over time.

R - Howling winds The elementalist uses his power to create a whirling storm around him infusing his aura with it. (Aura can not be changed for duration of ult)

ADDED EFFECTS

Q FIRE - adds dot to earthquake (base 50/55/60/65/70 + 10/13/15/18/20 per sec magic damage) WATER - The elementalist turns the ground into mud for 4 seconds that sloes enemies to 60% instead and enemies will remained slowed for an additional 2 seconds after leaving AOE

W FIRE - Deals same damage as earth quake along with snare Water - Doubles snare duration

R Fire - Increases the range of fire aura to ults range and also grants and additional 30/40/50% attack speed, and 5/10/15% movement speed Water - Slows enemy movement and atk speed at the same ratios as buff for ult

So thats it. Not everything is worked out like cdr and duration of ult just wanted this out there and hope to play him.
