... i don't know what to say... will he be spooky... or a little bit more like a murderer... or maybe it's only like a remake of him... what do you guys think about that... (ik that you've seen the URL but... think about a remake about him and RIOT want to make us think it's a skin)

It is not a ultimate skin, but, i belive you mean that should be the way a vu on te emo should look, like on Udyr.
For a possible Vu on Te emo, the base for all male Yordles are Ziggs, you can see how Heimer looks now. For female yordle is Lulu, and you can see tristana have alot of the basic part like Lulu.
