Hum... i just watched the last update of league... about ... i don't know what to say... will he be spooky... or a little bit more like a murderer... or maybe it's only like a remake of him... what do you guys think about that... (ik that you've seen the URL but... think about a remake about him and RIOT want to make us think it's a skin)

Riot biggest troll: "You guys asked to nerf Teemo, so here ya go!" Poison is now perma, shrooms can now be toggled to throw, his Q perma-blinds you harder than Lee Sin, his W increases his speed by 100%

Or they actually nerf him and make him useless.

I belive it is a legendary skin for te emo, but, a VU on Te emo would be nice.
