BUG? GHOSTBRIDE MORGANA: Riot you messed up this skin's W particles

I was using ghostbride morgana on the new SR map, and i noticed her W particles are just a black, non-animated pool of petrol.... it no longer has the animated blue glow to it. I am tremendously disapointed if this was intentional.

Also, while you're at it, either re-add the old particles to haunted maokai or give refunds. It was not a funny joke to sell a skin with different particles and now remove them after everyone having bought it. I'm getting more and more disgusted by Riot's service...

try client repair? I know before 4.20 patch that anytime I saw a singed (ally or enemy) his poison icon appeared a blue square for every person effected by his poison instead of the normal symbol.

Then why just this skins W? Not her Q? not other skins vfx? Makes no sense to me...
