Sion skin idea: Luchador Sion

I was thinking while playing Sion and charging, and thinking of Braum's El tigre skin, that Sion could have a skin similar to that, and when he ults, he sticks his arms (Or arm) out as he charges in and when he connects his tackle a bell sound erupts. Not certain of how he would look, or how many other changes there would be, but I would love a skin like that, anyone else who think so as well?
