The Swordsmen in league don't feel satisfying as a character who uses a sword.

MasterYi Aatrox Garen Tryndamere Fiora Riven Yasuo Diana Honestly, they don't do it for me.

I play Tryndamere and MasterYi more often than the rest, and I can safely say I'm more focused on my stats than the importance of the character's weapon.

I can say Aatrox DOES make you focus on the fact you have a sword and you're actually gonna use it to hurt people. Fiora 's little twig is unsatisfying and boring. Riven and Yasuo focus so hard on the mechanics that you forget you're a champ who uses a sword. Garen Paddle

Diana One shot assassin, not a sword user.

I feel like when a character has a weapon, they should feel like they're actually USING it. I don't want a singular spam ability involving the sword, I want the entire kit to be centered around your champ's prowess at the fighting style they chose.

Like Darius Olaf Sion They are honestly the most satisfying battle-axe users in the game. ESPECIALLY Sion

I think there should be a sword champion that isn't "Here's their sword ability that's spammable, with some mobility and power up moves." or "Right click them to death"

You don't want a "singular spam ability involving the sword" ...yet you play Master Yi and Tryndamere, two champions who have a massive focus on autoattacking and not much else.

I really don't understand your logic. You say that you want a champion who "feels" like they're using their weapon, but some of the most unique sword users (Yasuo, Riven, Fiora) don't do it for you?

  • Fiora revolves around positioning, counter-attacking, and duelling. Like a rapier user/fencer would.

  • Yasuo uses a multitude of tools centered around his sword. His Q involves his sword, his W involves his sword (since he projects the windwall with a sword slash), his E involves sword spins, and his ultimate involves an aerial sword slam.

  • Riven is an aggressive sword fighter focused on getting up close and personal with what is essentially a cleaver until she can turn it into a greatsword. Regardless of what she's using, again, most if not all of her abilities revolve around the sword and Ki Burst/Blade of the Exile display the runic energies of her sword.

I don't understand what more you could ask for. Do you want deeper hitsounds or something?
