okay i need some help developing these characters. not the story, mostly the moveset stuff cause im not a pro a league so obviously i dont know enough about mechanics to make a balanced champ. their gimmick is the form change, but also the fact that their ranged attacks do physical damage, and their melee attacks do magic damage.

tim and tammy were normal yordles living in bandle city. tim was the cool and popular older brother, and tammy was the eccentric introverted younger sister. tammy always dabbled in witchcraft and one day decided to practice spells on her brother. something went awry, and the spell ended up fusing the two of them together! to search for a counter curse, the duo, affectionately known as "timtam", set off on a journey. along the way, timtam learned of many ways to harness their newfound magic powers. tim began to lose his desire to become an individual; as he was so fascinated by his magic powers, and became less willing to find a counter curse. tammy was still dead set on finding a way to separate from her snobby brother. together they continued their journey, tim hoping for a way to use his powers, and tammy hoping for a way to undo her horrible mistake. while wandering across the land, they came across the league. timtam simultaneously decided to join the fray, though each for a different reason. tim wants to use his powers to fight and grow stronger, as well as to bask in timtam's growing fame. tammy wants to become more powerful for another reason entirely, to finally cast a spell powerful enough to separate her from her brother. though the future of timtam remains unknown, one thing is for certain- the bickering shouldn't fool you. the two siblings have a bond so powerful and synergy so well developed that they both make for a formidable opponent.

**possible passive ideas: ** braced for attack: slightly increases armor and magic resist when your back is turned to an enemy champ. this does not stack based on the number of enemy champions. extra eyes: slightly increases map visibility, also increases range of sight with wards.

r switches between forms. it takes 5 seconds to switch and you cannot use any abilities during the switch, but you can use your basic attack. has a 10 second cooldown.

melee, all attacks do magic damage(hand glows red, tom is the one talking): q is two quick slashes with the wand, does magic damage, has a high crit chance. w is a toggle ability(kinda like amumu's w, same cost too) that lowers a nearby opponent's magic resist at the cost of some of timtam's armor. when toggled off, both parties' armor and magic resist gradually return to normal after 2 seconds e pokes the eyes of the enemy with the wand, does half the damage if used from behind, but twice the damage if the enemy is facing you. has a blind if you hit the enemy from the front

ranged, all attacks do physical damage(wand glows blue, tammy is the one talking): q fires an orb that does physical damage and gradually decays a certain amount of the enemy's armor over a period of 4 seconds w is a toggle ability that grants increased magic resist at the cost of some armor e is a thin beam that stuns the enemy and does bonus magic damage if they are hit from behind
