Buying Announcer Packs

In the past, the Gangplank Voice Pack, the Lux, and the Thresh have been previous voice packs that were implemented before. Players miss them, and if there was the slightest chance that players were able to use them again without violating the terms and agreements then it would be satisfactory, I am pretty sure this topic has been brought up numerous times and answered numerous times. I believe if Riot were to place announcer packs into the game such as for instance the Gangplank Announcer pack would cost 2500 RP which is a reasonable price in my opinion because you are the only one that can hear your announcer pack. So to everyone, what are your views on this?
